What information should I check about a seller before purchasing?

Consider the detail and relevance of customer feedback rather than only its average score. Do not provide account passwords or payment security codes in ordinary messages.

What should I check in a seller's quotation before accepting it?

Look for a stated period during which the quotation remains valid. Review any additional charges that the quotation discloses separately.

What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?

Distinguish promotional messages from an actual order acknowledgment. Review any error information you received instead of guessing at its meaning.
